“I called and they were able to get me in same day. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and even opened the door for me when I arrived. Michelle did AN INCREDIBLY relaxing and super satisfying therapeutic massage, she made me feel totally comfortable the whole time! Will be back. Lacked the 5 star for the women's changing room, it's maybe 5 ft by 10 ft at best and the other guest and myself couldn't both be changing as we would have been bumping, also with a local discount hotels are similarly priced and offer much more amenities. Great place and friendly team.”

Another place told me theirs was free but there would be a copay if I used it?! Doctor was very professional and thorough. The three Opticians that helped me pick my glasses had over 80yrs experience combined. I thought that was very cool helping me to pick out the right choice for my face shape. They also agreed to change out the prescription lenses in my Gucci sunglasses. The other place told me they would only work on glasses they sold me. I'm just so very happy I choose Walmart.”

“I searched for a quality dermatologist and selected Dr.Langford. When I met her for the first time, she listened to what I had to say and recommended a biopsy which she performed right away in the office. She advised me on care of the wound, told me when to come back and suggested an appointment date that would coincide with the results. She even told me that if I experienced any unusual pain or discomfort or if I felt something was wrong to just come back into the office. She is very caring and professional. Reading the reviews here I think most of the issues are with the office and not the doctor. The doctor told me to come back in 10 days. I could not make an appointment on my way out because she was booked. Since I have stitches that need to be removed I need an appointment and cannot wait 2 or 3 weeks. The girl at the check-out desk was new and someone was training her. They told me they would call the doctor's nurse, get a time and date and call me. I know how it goes and when I did not receive a call the next day I called back. I spoke to a very competent person and it did not appear that anything was done as far as scheduling. I was friendly but firm and insisted on the date range that the doctor and I agreed upon. The scheduler spoke to the nurse who offered up a date that did not work for me. It was too soon and the results would not be back yet and my stitches probably would not even be ready to come out. Firmly but politely I said that would not work so she then spoke to the nurse again who spoke to the doctor and I rec'd my appointment. It is just the way the medical system is --you have to take charge. The extra 10 minutes I took ensures that all is well. I believe that Dr. Langford is an extremely qualified board certified physician and consider myself fortunate that she is my doctor.”
