“I usually jump from one dentist to another because I used to use Groupon for basic cleaning. Every time you go to one of those, they ALWAYS upsell you into 2 things: "You are grinding your teeth so you need a $800 night guard" and "You need $600 deep cleaning". Most of those dentists are in it just for the money. I have been going to see this dentist , Dr. Le, for several years now because he was the one dentist who NEVER tried to sell me something. He simply does his job and does it efficiently. His staff are professional and appointments are taken care of on time. 5 stars.”

“The technician was kind enough to allow my nephew and I to be seen after waiting 2 hrs and being the last patients as walk-ins for lab work when we did not have an appointment and he ended up staying overtime just to help us which was kind of him and we sincerely appreciated it. My nephew said he was good because he was quick and painless since the poke didn’t hurt and the technician was quick at getting the blood drawn. He was a gentlemen after a long hard day at work so we really appreciated him for considering us even though he didn’t have to. So 5 stars for him and his kind heart and care factor! “I’ve had a fairly positive experience here. Massive sized box with plenty of space. Coaches are very knowledgeable. I like that they offer a class pack option with no expiration date. Membership also grants you access to the smaller North location box which is in the Summerlin area. Workouts are brutal but everything is scalable. Also they have more class times than any other box I’ve seen in the Vegas area. I love the 7:00am and 7:30pm options. My only complaint is that they seem to not answer their phone or email but that’s it”

A very kind older lady helped me sort out an insurance confusion that the Rainbow location could not figure out and I’m appreciative of her effort. She did not rush me nor give me the sense that I’m not worth her time. She worked with me until they were almost closed. This year, the process has been smoother because of their software update. Anna allowed me to choose my glasses without any pressure, and helped me get two glasses instead of one. She didn’t want me wasting my insurance benefits and she was right. Once the glasses arrived, Juan made sure that my glasses fit right and adjusted my glasses before I went home. I appreciate the effort of these people in ensuring that my glasses are not only functional but also comfortable.”

“I love this doctor, he is amazing! I will never go anywhere else as long as it’s up to me. My recommendations are that, during this time where we have to knock and wait before coming in, they keep a chair outside the door for people like me who can’t stand for very long. I would also recommend that they make their branding consistent. When I received a text notification from the office it said a different name than their official name. I didn’t know who the text was from and was worried that I had made an appointment at the wrong office”
