“I just finished the 6 week challenge at Omalza and it turned out to be such a positive experience for me. I lost 6% body fat and gained 3.3 lbs of muscle!! Classes are intense but they're also a lot of fun, and definitely have a family vibe, which I love. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I learned and accomplished so much in six weeks. “The citrus facial scrub is so nice it’s a soft scrub like gentle not like most scrubs where it feels like sand on your face also smells amazing!!! Leaves me skin feeling soft and supple. I highly recommend I also tried the muscle blend #1 after an arm day at the gym and receiving a blood draw my arms were definitely feeling sore I rubbed the oil on my arms after a hot shower layed down n went to sleep.
