“This was by far the best introductory visit I've ever had to a doctor's office, and I have seen more doctors than the average person. Dr. Ortega was fun, friendly, informative, and professional. She took time with me and listened not only to my medical history, but to my personal story, as well. It seems strange to say that I look forward to returning for a follow-up visit! She had a medical student shadowing her, and he, too, was friendly and thorough. Dr. Ortega took time to teach him during my exam in a challenging and encouraging way. The staff was also friendly and fun, making this visit the best part of my day.”
