“I have spent years struggling with dental/gum issues and knew I needed full mouth extractions. I did some research and decided to schedule an evaluation with Abbey Dental. This whole process was overwhelming but felt really good about the available options. My initial point of contact was with Jamee who I worked with to start the process. She is always helpful and has been my go to person for questions in the financial/insurance process. Always quick to respond and gets issues resolved. My final decision was the bionic smile and June 10, 2021 was the big day. I was extremely nervous and scared. Phase 1 was removal of teeth and temporary denture. Four months later Phase 2 was placement of posts. Dr. Ostler and Jennifer Castillo (Oral surgery team), are wonderful. Dr. Ostler was very informative about the process and helped relieve most of the anxiety I was feeling. Every visit with Dr. Ostler is pleasant and he always appears happy which is very calming. Jennifer Castillo, the soul of an angle, was always there for me. No matter the time of day or night even the weekend she was there for me and all my questions and concerns. Even at one point when I was experiencing some issues, she had to contact Dr. Ostler, who was on vacation to resolve an issue. That was impressive! Feeling very grateful for the care and concern they both provide. I also have monthly visits with Dr. Crow for denture fit until I get my final end product, Bionic Smile. He is always cheerful and funny. He puts a smile on my face every visit. March of 2022 will be the big day. I’m sure the end result will be just as positive as the rest. Overall Abbey Dental has been very good to me. Their whole staff has been wonderful. A very professional, organized and happy environment.”
