“WOW! That's all I can say. I had purchased a bed frame from another furniture place that I won't mention in this review and they failed to let me know I'd need a box frame to sleep on the bed! Didn't offer to sell me one, nothing! SO I called up Best Mattress and talked to the staff and they said as long as I was there within the order time frame they could deliver the same day! Well I ran down to the store, ordered (5 mins before the cut off time) and they delivered it the same day. They called 30 minutes out, they worked with my apartment staff to get access to my unit since I couldn't leave work. What an outstanding business from start to finish. Now I get a great night sleep and got a great deal and amazing customer service. I'll not only recommend Best Mattress, but I'll probably be buying a bed upgrade from them in the future. GREAT JOB!”

They give great discounts the more you buy, are very fair with their prices, professional and back up their products. The delivery guys were great as well. Respectful and on time. “Michelle at Willbanks did an amazing job of redesigning my kitchen. Although the footprint of the space didn't change, the functionality doubled! It looks amazing and has so much more useable space. The quality of the cabinets is second to none and well worth every penny. The only downside to the whole experience was the general contractor (M White) they recommended to do the actual installation. While the quality of the work performed by his crew was good, communications were not. What he promised to finish in 5 days actually took 7 weeks. There were many days no one showed up on the job or even called. All in all, I would not hesitate to use Willbanks, I would just ask that they refer you to another general contractor for the actual installation.”

Jack is truly a gentleman and hands down the best contractor to work with, he was very patient, honest and advised us well on several phases of the project. His crew is very professional and respectful and Tridel takes care of their people well, which is reflected in their dedication to the project and respect they showed for Jack. We did have a few scheduling mess-ups during the project, but it was mainly due to the delays caused by sliding door company Panda doors that Tridel works with. I would strongly recommend you give Tridel a chance and get a quote from them. I am glad I did.”
