We were not in the immediate area so Mark explained line by line over the phone. We were thankfull that he was very patient and thorough. “My battery died in my driveway and they made it extremely easy to get service. The customer service representative was very kind on the phone and the call only lasted a few short minutes. The technicians were out within 30 minutes to test my battery. Unfortunately, the battery is completely dead, but it could’ve been worse! However, the price to buy one of their batteries was $215. I don’t agree with price gouging people who are in need....”

“I cannot say enough great things about Debbie McGraw and this company. My parents had a rental property they needed to sell, and the real estate agent started us with a different escrow/title company and it was a disaster. I stepped in to assist my elderly parents, fired the prior company and we started working with Debbie at Netco Title. I told the real estate agent I wanted to speak directly to the person handling the escrow as we had some hurdles. I started working with Debbie and she was beyond amazing. We communicated daily, and I was able to get to her, the things needed to get the sale completed and recorded. if I had not stepped in, and worked with Debbie I seriously doubt if the sale would have gone through. We will be using Netco Title again in the future when we have other real estate needs. My experience with Debbie and the staff was just amazing.”
