The staff (which operates under the single office listed as "Thad Alger") was very helpful in obtaining coverage at a very reasonable rate compared to my previous carrier. although sometimes it's hard to know with whom you want to speak. Allstate seems very invested in the automation of customer interaction. That's generally all right, but receiving (apparently) automated e-mails regarding topics about which you can do nothing can become annoying after three or four times.”
