“I have worked with various Real Estate Appraisers in Las Vegas and found that either they are egotistic, overwhelmed or incompetent and could not provide me the level of service I desired in regards to valuing my investment properties. I made one call to the Leja Group and was met with respectfulness and professionalism to the utmost degree. We scheduled an appointment to appraise all six of my properties within 48 hours unlike the rest of the Las Vegas real estate appraisal companies I called who were about 2 weeks out prior to scheduling. I received my appraisal reports within 72 hours after the inspections for a total of only five days from the initial call I made to the Leja Group. I had several questions about the results of their analysis and was provided with answers which were unbiased, objective and independent which is exactly what I was looking for so that I have an accurate rather than convoluted understanding of the values derived within the appraisal reports. There was commentary pertaining to all my questions already in the reports but the analysis was so robust and detailed that I overlooked it at first glance. I was very pleased that even after all the answers to my questions were already provided, they were willing to reiterate them for me none the less.
