“I have used Jim for about 7 years now off and on for a child custody case. I actually started using him before he had his own firm. He is very helpful in giving correct information. It may not be what you want to hear but it is what you need to hear. He has good rates and he actually gave me tips on how to save money with him. He was always respectful and knowledgeable. He is very dependable as well. Don't worry he will always show. He actually called me before every hearing to let me know how far away he is. He is very well respected in the courtroom. I am always nervous in court and for the last hearing I had, which was the most important, I wasn't nervous at all. Halfway through, during a short recess, I was smiling and laughing with my family outside the courtroom just before the decision was made. He not only won my case for me but he made it look easy. Not a thing got by him. He was very alert. I felt like there was no way I would lose with him. He takes pride in what he does and I've never seen another attorney have as much passion in their work as he does.
