After a rodent got into my house, I decided to call Guaranteed Pest Solutions and cancel my previous service provider. Joe was able to come out immediately. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. During the first visit, he was able to identify that rodents had chewed a hole through my drywall behind my dishwasher. After the initial inspection, he quickly plugged the hole, gave me a set of steps to take, and quickly scheduled a follow up appointment to put in a permanent solution. Lots of rude customers just rush (cut) to newly opened register with total disrespect/disregard (no remorse at all). Person in front of me was flirting with cashier with total disregard with the long line & long wait behind him. Cashier was flirting back to customer! Everyone behind me (including me) went to other lines instead. Didn't bother me (I'm retired) but unfair for others patiently & responsibly waiting their turn.”
