The service was great because they honored our request even though the menu board showed that it was lunch time. Also had the peanut butter cookie as shown, and it was really good. The toast that came with the Greek Omelette tasted freshly made... I would come here again, even though it's quite a way distance from where I live.. But I do recommend to give it a try. Their coffee choices is only two brewed coffees, which I think should be a little bit more on the flavor side as I didn't see any flavored creams as well, and I know a lot of people who love flavored coffee. I know not everyone goes for coffee, but I would think a place like this should have more options when it comes to coffee.. 👍”

When they say — in any other restaurant’s typically self-promotional fashion — that “you get a lot of food,” Black Bear Diner separates itself from the herd by delivering on their extraordinary promise. And not only is it a lot of food. It is GREAT food. That’s another promise they make, and another promise they deliver on. I had the hobo omelette with a biscuit and fresh-squeezed orange juice. (Coffee, of course.) The 3-egg omelette was packed with meat and definitely made from three eggs from very large chickens. The country potatoes were delicious and perfectly browned. And the biscuit was the size of most of the cushion stool tops you’ll find in many of the casinos here in Vegas. Go. Go. P.S. Parents: for years when our kids were young, my wife used to say, “why don’t restaurants serve butter that is either softened and ready to spread or offer to have the kitchen butter kids’ pancakes so that they’re ready to eat when they get on the table. They could even charge a surcharge and people would pay it.” Black Bear Diner has whipped butter, which for you parents will be a lifesaver when your kids’ pancakes come and they want to eat them hot.”
