“Overall the best rental and instruction option I have found in Vegas. The good - airplane availability has never been a problem, modern, brand new airplanes with modern avionics, I think their policies and policy structure is very reasonable, easy to work with, instructors are friendly, helpful, and reasonable. Only negatives I have found is that their prices can be pretty high and all rates are dry. I’m happy to have them as a rental option. Best place to get instruction and brand new Cirrus rentals in Vegas!”

At first I was a little nervous because it was my first time flying like this, but after we got in the air the pilot made sure I was comfortable, and I was able to relax and enjoy the view. “Update: I posted the review below earlier as I was having issues contacting their office manager. What I didn’t know is that there were extenuating circumstances that caused the issues. They contacted me and were completely professional and very timely. A great place to FLY!! Excellent instructors and good aircraft. The office receptionist goes above and beyond to help. Issues with their communication methods but they did resolve all issues eventually. Before putting a large sum down I suggest you read all documents carefully, especially the $1000 early termination penalty. That being said, this is a good place to learn to fly.”

“I love their library. Easy to print what you need and the quiet rooms are my favorite to use in order to study. The rooms with televisions are fantastic for doing online lectures or for preparing for a presentation. They also have a plethora of devices that you can rent out. My only wish was that they had later hours.”

“I was trying to find office hours reopening after holidays and saw a negative review from 3 months ago which I kind of have to oppose to. As a senior in my undergraduate degree at UOP Las Vegas since 2012, I have met great people at all campuses this includes all office staff, facilitators, and fellow classmates. My network has expanded tremendously which helped me grow academically, professionally, and personally. Perhaps, there are days you may find people, staff, have an off day but who doesn't or certain personalities can be misinterpreted. Other than that, I have found everyone to be kind, respectful, and professional as well as always willing to help and support you. As per attendance and assignments not being accounted for and being dropped, that is impossible. You sign a roster each class you attend. If you walk in late, perhaps 8 pm or later to a class that commences at 6 pm then that roster was taken to the front staff which it is one's responsibility to go sign that roster. As per assignment, those are entered online and are date and time stamped to have proof of. If you dont have any of those then you faulted on your own and you should take full responsibility for it. It's part of learning. Proud to be a Phoenix! I'm RISING!”
