I brought them to Kids CrossFit and quickly decided that they couldn’t be the only ones having fun. I took the 3 free trial classes (but let’s be honest, I was hooked after the first class). I’ve been a member now for a few months and I have a hard time taking rest days because I love the community there so much!! They are a family away from home (we are military).
