“I don't understand all the bad reviews on this place and Dr. Shin -- I had nothing but a great experience. I came on here just to make sure to write a review because I really think they deserve it. I took my 7 month old daughter here to get her eye checked out and the office staff was super helpful getting us an appointment. They were very clear that we'd be waiting in the car for a while to go in due to Covid, which honestly was really nice for us so I could spend some time with my daughter (I have 3) alone. The wait was long, but they were great about letting us know what was going on. We were let in and I was impressed with the office: it's gorgeous! They did our intake very quickly, everyone was super nice. I was worried it was going to be a difficult appointment because my daughter is so young. Dr. Shin came in almost immediately, and she was super friendly, as was her assistant. They did the exam and were super nice and trying to make her smile and open her eyes the whole time in a very gentle, sweet way, even though my daughter was screaming her head off. They were super patient and helpful. I even loved going to the bathroom because of getting to go by the "fish room", which would be super fun if my other daughter was there! :) Dr Shin told us ultimately that my daughter's condition was not serious and didn't require any treatment possibly for several years, so they let us go without any further need for revisit. The staff was super polite and said goodbye as we left. As we didn't need followup care, I can't speak for having to come back repeatedly, but we had nothing but a very pleasant visit.”

“I have lived here for a little under a year and absolutely love it! I had the 2 bedroom with an office but originally wanted the 2 bedroom and loft. It was unavailable at the time I was leasing but once it became available a couple months later the leasing office allowed me to switch units !! I was ecstatic! It’s so quiet here, I hardly ever see anyone in the hallways or elevator and I’m in the main building. The garage I am renting is very spacious, the apartment itself is so beautiful ! Gorgeous kitchen and appliances, biggest master bedroom, master bath and closet I’ve ever had. The windows are spectacular in my unit with beautiful views of the mountains and sky. I want my house built just like this 2 story unit ! And the leasing agents and managers are amazing and always so kind, They went out of their way to let me know the exact paint code they use for this complex so I could buy it myself because I have kids and I like to touch up the paint occasionally to keep everything clean! I will gladly pay my $2045 a month until I’m done with school and build a home of my own inspired by inspire ❤️”

“My entire experience with Serenity Birth Center was incredible. I knew that I wanted to do a home birth and once I had my initial meeting with April, I knew they were the midwives for me! My prenatal and postnatal care was outstanding, they always made me comfortable, supported, and answered all of my questions. They really took the time to get to know us and never rushed our appointments. All of the midwives made me feel confident in my ability to birth our baby at home. April attended my birth and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My labor was fast and intense and when April arrived I felt such a calming presence from her. She gave me space to labor and follow my own instincts, it was truly such an empowering experience. When I was ready to push April held my hand and supported me through it. Before I knew it I was holding my beautiful baby boy in my arms and soaking in the moment of pure joy with my family and birth team. The team at Serenity Birth Center made us feel like we were a part of a family and still do. We are grateful for the quality connection and care that they gave us.
