My kids had grip socks and they were okay with this. When the time was up--they were not directing us like cattle or like we had less time than we really did like other trampoline places. Choose this establishment as they don't believe 5min late in getting out is more worth than the customer service they provide. This establishment puts customers first rather than +/-5min of their bottom line. This is why it would be best during these times that kids do not have a lot of outlets--parent and kid friendly!! “I like going to this particular Sinclair. The employee's are always friendly and they always give great customer service. The only thing I don't like is buying gas from them. If you use you credit or debit card, they place a hold on it for a certain amount. It caused a negative balance plus overdraft fees for my friend a while back. She only had $30 in her account and she wanted $25 of gas. Well they processed a $40 hold on her card and threw her into a negative balance. I understand why they do the holds, but if a customer isn't aware that you do them then I feel that it's unfair to the customer as well. Maybe they should make their customers aware if this before buying gas? I'm not sure if they still do this, because I don't buy gas here. I buy my gas from my work. But I just want to make others aware of this. Other than that, I love Sinclair!”
