“I came in to see about an ear problem and was given excellent care by the female Doctor that saw me. I'm sorry her name escapes me. She couldn't really find anything wrong with my ear but says it could be a blocked eustachian tube and told me what protocol to follow. I also mentioned my dyshidrotic eczema on my hand. She gave me some prescriptions for topical steroid and some nasal spray for my ear. A patient in the next room almost died and had to be taken by Ambulance. I really respect her for the way she handled herself and I admire her for her knowledge. She made me feel like I was important and answered all my questions. Thank you! “I did thorough research before choosing this rental location. According to their website, they will travel 5 miles to pick you up for your rental, I also called to confirmed. When I called to be picked up, the Hertz employee told me (rather rudely because she was overwhelmed) that I was too far away, and instructed me to call the customer service number because I prepaid. The CSR eventually got tired of me and reconnected me with the Hertz in Vegas. This time, I spoke with Nicole, who was very pleasant and professional. She offered to see what she could do for me. The manager, Crystal, agreed to pick me up. Once we got on the road to pick up my rental, I was able to see why it was too far. We had to get on a major expressway that had bumper-to-bumper traffic. What could have been a disastrous situation was thwarted by Crystal and her wanting to satisfy the customer. She even arranged for me to be able to drop the car off at the airport. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would rent from them again anytime. Thanks again, Crystal!!!”
