“I was put off by the poor reviews but my husband and i decided to try this place anyway based on the good reviews. We loved it - the food was delicious, margaritas were perfect and the flan was sublime. Best of all was the service by Emily - a most cheerful and helpful wait staff. All wait staff should be like her. Also, our margaritas took so long that by the time it came, we were half way through dinner. Emily was very apologetic and while the lateness was annoying at first, we chose to be understanding. In the end, the manager comped our dessert. It was really unnecessary because it was not a problem and we had a good experience overall but it did show excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place.”

“First let me say I love this place and location. I grew up on chick-fil-a back home where it was everywhere. I’ve waited patiently for this location to open and it is well worth the wait. I have no idea why some of the reviews are so harsh, but people come on they just opened! A well oiled machine doesn’t achieve its best gas mileage instantly. With time it gets better. I’ve never had anything missing from my order but I also check just as I pull off to make sure. Food is always hot and delicious, never have I had a biscuit that was dry and crumbled in my hands. I been here off and on regularly since they opened. Will be back”

“The Infinity Staff gave my mother awesome home care during her last month on earth. The equipment was delivered and set up before she left the hospital. The transport crew treated her with great care from the hospital room to her bed at home.The emotional support was prompt and kept good tabs on us. They took care of all the death details and promptly removed the equipment. No fuss, no muss.”
