“Spots are scattered all over and not always obvious, but this campground served as a pretty good backup when Red Rocks Campground was full, plus it's free! High clearance may be required to get to certain spots. Surprising amount of BLM officials patrolling the area so be good ;) About 40 minutes away from fantastic bouldering.”

“Gunship Helicopters was an amazing experience for a lifetime and I highly recommend! Owner had 40 years of experience in the aviation business and it shows. Extremely professional in all aspects of safety and prep. Flying in an open door helicopter is extremely cool on its own then getting to shoot a SAW machine gun at targets as you fly by is the coolest!!! For a future trip, theyhave a tank and all kinds of other things to do, too!”

“This is a great hike. The first few miles are a 4wd road which is a little lame but once you get onto the single-track it is awesome. You'll come to a fork in the path saying "North Peak 0.3 miles" and points left and "Bridge Mountain 1.2 miles" that points right. We went to North Peak first and it was easy and fast. Then we went back to the fork and went to Bridge Mountain. However, it is more than 1.2 miles to the arch on Bridge Mountain, it's more like 2.5 miles. Also, if you go there is going to be some fairly technical climbing that's going to require using your hands to hold on to the rock wall and climb. North Peak can be done by an inexperienced hiker, Bridge Mountain should only be done by more experienced climbers in halfway decent shape. It's not dangerous unless you don't know how to climb a rock wall. The path we took was 16 miles round trip. The view was great from both peaks.”

“PLEASE NOTE THE TRAIL HEAD IS CLOSED MAY-SEPTEMBER. I didn’t know this and me and my friends tried to backpack there in May and we’re very disappointed. Other than that it is a great hike around 3 miles in and out. I would say it’s about a medium difficulty hike. It’s through a very beautiful slot canyon which is worth the hike even without the end goal of the hot springs. The hot springs are wonderful with many different pools with a variety of temperatures. It’s right by the Colorado river. It’s about a 1/4 mile hike to and from the Colorado and the hot springs so you can take a dip in the hot then go over to the Colorado and take a dip in the cold. Another side note- THERE ARE DANGEROUS AMEBAS IN THE HOT SPRINGS THAT IF YOU GET IN YOUR NOSE IT CAN MAKE YOU VERY SICK so just be aware of that. I would recommend this highly to beginning backpackers. It’s a very beautiful spot so I would recommend it to most anyone.”

“Great little place to stop by. No reason not to. Great view also a reason to stop and take a stretch. Other than a car driving by it is so quiet here you might hear your ears ringing. There is a flyer box for more information. Also there is a Boy Scout emblem on the box, not sure how much they were involved.”

“Cant even believe I would review a municipal court but I had such a pleasure in there watching court, I truly believe they should have their own TV Show. The honorable Victor L. Miller is literally probably one of the best, funniest and fairest Judges I have ever watched behind the bench. I have no reason to "judge" him on a personal, what I was there for was not being decided by him in any way but the way he conducted himself and the court and the people he was dealing with was amazing. Great Work Your Honor, the experience made me love Boulder City even more!”

“The Church is warm and welcoming, and involved in many community activities. The gentleman, Chris, would probably Not find the church a good fit, as it does have a female Pastor and is quite progressive. I am certain that he will find other Churches that suit him better, but I appreciate and enjoy the church and its Pastor! After a year I can honestly say I have never felt as much love and support as an adult as in this church. People are welcomed with open arms, and accepted how and where they are. The Bible study continues, and I find the sermons enlightening to help me see how the Word truly applies to my life. I don't think I've ever learned as much in sermons! (Or laughed!) Thoroughly recommended. Not for everyone, but it might be for you!”
