(May 7, 2021, 12:41 am)These guys are 1 in a million! Took my Simpson powerwasher in because it would not start after sitting around all winter; one pull on the rope (w/o water pressure), Bob got it started. My operator error? :( No charge.
Took it home -- next day, WOULD NOT START. Bob calls that same day out of the blue and asks, "Is your power washing starting?" Offers to drop by on his way home, as if this is a thing any business owner would do!
I tried it again with water pressure -- no go. Took it back to Bob. The checked it our right then and there. GOT IT STARTED. NO CHARGE. WOULD NOT TAKE A DIME. -
