I've used these guys for years, I recommend them all the time. Today I had to tell the lady we put the person picking up on the sales order, we were told I can pick them up. Had to argue with the lady and threaten to cancel the order. The lady who did my order today needs a lesson in customer service. Don't tell me "no" before you've exhausted your resources. We told you I would pick them up, we waiting longer than we were told to receive them. Don't email us and say pick them up, and have the lady tell me no once I get there. Read notes, look into, but don't tell the customer no unless you are sure.

First time I've ever picked up a set of tires and wheels from the DC. Process was super easy and I saved myself over a hundred bucks on shipping. Took them home and everything mounted up easy. The balance felt great on a test drive and I didn't see any scratches on my new wheels from the installation equipment. Highly recommend coming here if you are getting tires with wheels.
