The Village South

We have lived here going on 3 years, and love it. We have worked with all the staff members at Village South, but LOVE working with Justin. He always goes out of his way to make sure any issues are taken care of promptly. Would recommend leasing here to anyone considering it!

Lost my keys in the parking lot here. Returned to me in less than 24 hours. Very awesome staff!

Justin is awesome! He made our move in process very easy. And helped us find the apartment that was just right for us.

We are new to reno and just move from Vegas.. The first person we met, and a huge reason why we are here at Village South is because of Justin! He was so cool and helpful showing us around and welcoming us to a new city. There are a lot of options around town, but none of them compared to the product of Village south, and the service that comes with it. You will be happy once you come check it out. Thanks Justin!

I've lived at Village South for the last few years, I'm absolutely in love with my apartment and this community. I recently looked to upgrade to a bigger apartment within the complex; in reaching out to the office I began working with Justin. Justin has been THE BIGGEST HELP. Justin listened to everything I needed and has worked overtime to accommodate me. So appreciative for hardworking people like Justin.
