Not only do I love my coffee roaster, but their availability of parts to keep it updated and their tech support teams willingness to help is top notch. Somehow the main control board for my roaster got damaged and one of the fans was running constantly, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and were able to find a used functional board in their shop so that I didn't have to pay full price for a package that I don't necessarily need. I've worked in customer service, and this is exactly how I would treat my customers, so thank you.
