Five Step Carpet Care

We have had several cleaning companies send an inexperienced person with a new gadget or a list of sales pitches for additional costs. Not Joe, he came in and asked some relevant questions, we have two large dogs and a cat, and only provided additional costs on services we wanted. He performed all work as promised and provided knowledgeable answers to all of our questions. Carpet looks, feels, and smells great! Exceptional work, great value, a true professional.

Good, careful work at a reasonable price. Honest, personable owner who does the work himself and is thus invested in the outcome. All work performed with doors closed, which is helpful for pet owners.

Joe is incredible! We had a different carpet cleaner come and try to clean my roommates bedroom, but didn't manage to do a very good job removing the pet stains (albeit they were pretty bad). Joe came in like a wizard and got rid of it all, and the best part is he even did some extra spots he noticed elsewhere and didn't even charge me for it. Great guy, very professional.

We have had Joe at 5-Step clean our carpets several times and, most recently, clean and seal our granite counter tops. Really like his carpet cleaning process because the carpets are completely dry after a couple of hours. Every other company we have used left the carpets very damp for at least a day. Pet spots are always removed completely and the carpet looks new after he does his thing. He just cleaned and sealed our bathroom counters which included travertine. He was able to make them look new again even though they had been stained for years. Thanks Joe!
