(June 11, 2022, 2:55 am)After only two visits, with excellent service by Laura, she found the one. The buying process was fast and easy, and I never once felt pressured to buy something that wasn't what we wanted. Overall it was an amazing store that I highly recommend to anyone!
(April 20, 2022, 9:20 pm)update: John the manager contacted me by Tuesday to figure out what happened when I came back Wednesday evening he was at the door with the associate that originally helped me and they swapped the earrings out with another set without hassle.
Bought a pair of princess cut diamond earrings for my daughter saturday. What they boxed was Not the earrings I originally looked at. They are 2 Obviously different sizes one is bright and clear and the other is dull. It's extremely disappointing. Didn't realize until I was showing my husband at home and they were already closed hopefully this situation gets fixed smoothly.
