  We came in last minute because unfortunately my car gave out on us. Tomas was absolutely wonderful! He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond what we expected!! I LOVE my new car, and won’t buy any other type of vehicle now! Thanks Tomas and Subaru for being so great!

  Misty is always the BEST. She understands exactly what I need and makes sure it gets done. She is always upfront and honest and I never feel she’s adding more work/cost than I need; but at the same time she makes sure my car is safe and running well. The mechanics are top notch. They get things done accurately and in a timely manner. The waiting room is very comfortable making the wait time a breeze.

  I had a great experience purchasing my brand new 2020 Subaru Ascent Limited from Greg. I was on the verge of buying a car right when the Governor ordered non-essential businesses to shut down. I thought I lost my chance to get the car I wanted. But I saw that online sales were still available with the exception of test drives. I already knew I was going to get the car whether I test drove it or not. Greg walked me through everything, made it all possible for me, over the phone! It was smooth, easy, and a lot better for me since I'm an introvert and the thought of walking into the dealership gave me anxiety alone. Greg answered all the questions I had and I instantly had confidence in him when he was adamant about following the Governor and CDC rules. Nothing is more important at this time than making sure everyone stays healthy. And I appreciated that for both parties.
  
  All in all, I love my new car. It's everything I thought it would be. And I thank Greg and Lithia Reno Subaru for being such an amazing business and taking care of customers first and foremost!

  Sal gave us the best experience we have had buying a car. He was patient, listened to what we wanted and made it happen fast. Even giving us the car off of the showroom floor. I got the car I've always wanted and couldn't be any happier. This is the only car dealership I like to go to and will go to for all my car needs in the future.

  I bought my car here and regularly come for services here also. My first experience here was not ideal, the salesman was pushy and didn’t really take me seriously, but when I came a different time I had a different salesman who was very friendly and helpful and I ended up buying my crosstrek from him. The service department has always been very helpful to me especially when I had my car window broken into with a boulder. They had my car for a long time but gave me a good deal and did great repairs. My main complaint is when I come for services they regularly smear oil on some part of the interior of my car and they always forget to reset my reminders is the car for the next service. Apart from that the service has always been good and friendly.
