  Same day service. Service man was thorough & explained everything prior to repairing our air conditioner. Very satisfied with service.

  My water heater burst and needed it replaced. They had an estimator out the same day, I felt the price was way too high but it is was comparable to all the other phone estimates I had already gotten. Maybe labor prices are just higher in Reno than anywhere else. But the customer service was great and we decided to go with them Hawthorne because of their quick response. The service tech Nate did a great job. He was able to get to work right then. We were able to take a hot showers the next morning before work.

  I was so impressed by both the company and the technician. Nick was fantastic and figured out what the issue was so fast! He walked me through the whole process and got us the best deal he could.

  Great family owned business. Technician was amazing, super helpful and very professional. Kim in the office was extremely responsive even on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
