I had hurt my back at work back in Oct of 2020. My back was so tender it hurt to stand, sit, & walk it was hard to find any comfort. I couldn't lift anything, taking a simple shower was a chore. The Dr started me on physical therapy twice a week and after each session my back seemed to get inflamed causing excruciating pain. People kept telling me go to a Chiropractor but I was skeptical on it, I had asked my Dr about it. I started on the hunt for a chiropractor online read review after review and called North Hill Chiropractor. I was tired of seeing no improvement with months of physical therapy. Had my first appointment in January of 2021 and let me tell you Dr Berg and his staff were a God send.... his staff are so nice and understanding. After only 2 sessions I was feeling a difference. After 6 sessions I am so ready to go back work. I feel almost back to normal. Thank you Dr David Berg!

I recently discovered North Hills Chiropractic after sustaining a very painful lower back and hip injury. Literally I was on hands and knees prior to my first visit.
Dr. Berg and his staff scheduled me rather quickly and they're all professional and personable. Andrea is a hockey / Penquins fan and I'm a Bruins fan, so that made for some fun bantering -haha.
Dr. Berg first explained the rationale for his techniques. He utilized an activator coupled with targeted maneuvers that immediately provided some relief and started my recovery.
He provided recommendations to do between visits, and within two weeks my back alignment had returned. I was back to normal.

I couldn't even drive myself to my first appointment and the wonderful ladies in the office had to help me up and down from the table~ Which immediately sold me on the bedside manner and professionalism within the practice. They were legitimately concerned and very supportive to help me where needed. I was educated on the proper ways to sit, drive, carry my posture, stretch, etc. I was also given an ice pack that came in VERY handy for my first drive home. The tools available/utilized on you with Dr. Berg exceed the standard practices of the "normal chiropractor". Dr. Berg worked his magic and in just a few weeks, I was back to my original self again. It feels amazing to not be folded in pain.

I brought my daughter in with a softball related injury and Dr.Berg helped her get back on the field and feeling better quickly! Everyone there is super friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in getting back to playing the sport they love.
