  In the end I give this company a 5, but it started as a 0.
  
  It started when I was presented with an SUV, eventhough I reserved an intermediate vehicle. The branch manager, Willie, said that's all he had and I was lucky to get it ..., and was told it would be $10 per day extra. My car was clearly not cleaned, as was evidenced by the lighter and beef jerky wrapper beside the passenger's seat. As I drove away, late for work, I couldn't quite figure-out what the odor was behind the air "freshener" smell..., vomit, yup, definitely vomit. Then the "Warning! Vehicle maintenance required" light came on the dash. I got to my office and called customer service asking to speak to a district manager (once on Monday, then again on Thursday when I returned the vehicle), still never spoke to one.
  
  When I returned the car there was no one at the kiosk. Someone from another kiosk felt sorry for me and came over to accept the keys and take my name, which left me feeling uneasy but, I had to get to work.
  Finally when I got to work I was able to reach the attendant at the kiosk, Rich, who was very apologetic about everything and asked repeatedly "what can I do to make it right. " He explained that he had been taken ill and the "manager" filled in for him.
  
  In the end Rich should be running the branch, or the company, because he was the only one who understands customer service.
  
  It just takes one, to make it right.

  Clean and the staff is attentive. Would like to see some benches outside for the customers to sit. No in office clients. We stand outside. Even a picnic table would work with an umbrella.

  The best experience by far. Will was hands on. Detailed and explained everything clearly. Thank you for making our trip even more special with a great vehicle for our family.
