I worked with Ross Waltz in the Stead office of ATS, following surgery to repair significant damage to a right rotator cuff. I have worked with other physical therapists in past years and I consider Ross a better practitioner for a couple of reasons. He has a high level of understanding of the human body and he is readily able to convey that knowledge to his patients as part of his practice. He explains what is going on with an injury and the therapy process, and will alter the service plan at any time to measure progress and will adjust as needed. I experienced a range of different therapy techniques ad activities that I didn't experience with other therapists. His assistant, Alana, is knowledgeable, aware of patient goals and makes certain that patients are working on goals and maintaining proper technique. While the program is nestled in a rather confined area, staff make the best use of space and equipment in order to work with a number of patients at any time. I have the highest regard for the quality and consistency of services provided by Ross Waltz and his staff.
