  I had Ace roofing out to repair my roof last fall. We had water leaking into the house down a stem wall. I got an estimate one day after I called them. The work was completed in a very timely way, they were very efficient, courteous and prompt!! Last nights heavy rain was a test!!! No leaks.
  
  We just referred them to friends, their work was completed and no leaks there either!!

  I called Ace because I thought I had a leak in my roof and needed a new one. I had just bought the house and noticed there were water stains all over in my garage.
  First of all, Steve answered the phone himself and was out first thing Monday morning. He took a look at the roof and stains and told me they were old. He also let me know how much longer my existing roof would last. He was respectful, friendly, and most importantly honest. He didn't take advantage of my situation to sell me a product I didn't yet need.
  When I do need that new roof, this is where I'll go.

  I highly recommend Ace Roofing. Steve Nichols is great to deal with and is very responsive. I had a nasty leak in my roof that was pooling in the ceiling above the kitchen. I called all over town, but could barely get anyone to even call me back. Steve answered the phone second ring and offered to come out the next day to take a look. He spotted the problem and gave me an estimate with two hours. The next week, he was up on my roof doing the repairs. You don't find this type of customer service with contractors in Reno. This is my roofing company from now on!

  After another local company never even returned my call, Steve (the owner) was out the very next day himself and gave me a good estimate. The following day his crew came by and did a wonderful, and extremely fast job fixing my roof. I would highly recommend Ace Roofing.
