(March 19, 2020, 2:48 pm)Item was ready for pickup in a matter of.a couple hours. Cashier Sylvie just looked at my order on my phone and picked up my item immediately. Great service. On setting up item I had question and Sylvie answered my call and told me to come in next day. Another employee came with me to check a duplicate item and it resolved my question. Service was quick, thorough and very cordial.

(March 5, 2020, 3:31 pm)The staff were happy helpful and fun. Very knowledgeable WHEN YOU CAN FIND THEM. It took 30 min for the other staff to find a fish specialist. Then another 20 to get someone who could sell us a turtle. I love this store but geeze it's hard to get the right help there but the help you do get kind of makes up for it. Kind of.

(March 3, 2020, 4:53 pm)I have ferrets as pets, 4 of them. Petco not only sold me these fine babies, but they continue to carry the necessary food and supplies. This store is very clean, pet friendly and well stocked in all areas of pet supplies. The staff is very helpful and kind. I will continue to shop here for my ferret's supplies.
