  Bryan assisted me with an adjustment to my glasses. He had patience and great customer service skills. The best thing is that it was free. I will definitely be back for my next eye exam. I highly recommend this LensCrafters. They have a great selection of designer glasses and sunglasses too.

  This was my first time at this particular LensCrafters, and the staff here are so very friendly and welcoming as well as kind patient and ohh so knowledgeable. They make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Margaret the manager was the one who helped me, she was very helpful in helping me get the right frame and worked with me to make the lenses and frames. affordable. A special thank you to her for her customer service. This LensCrafters in Macy’s is A great place with amazing people! Highly recommended!!

  Bryan is so great. Very attentive, patient and helpful! He helped me with so much information to make it easier for me to choose my glasses. Super kind, I'd come back and see him!

  This was my first time here and the staff here and the manager Margaret are very friendly, knowledgeable. They
  make you feel like family. I loved the service the staff their professionalism, Thank you so much for everything.

  I sat on my my glasses two months ago. I went to an optical store near my house and asked them if they could fix my frames. They told me that if they attempted to fix the frame it would brake. So I was better of buying new frames. While shopping I. Macy’s I stop and ask Ms. Margaret if she thought my frames could be saved. She looked at them and said you have a great frames. I believe I can save them . She did inform me of the possibility of it braking . I put my glasses in her hands and walked away. In a few minutes she said here. Not only did she fix my frames . She cleaned my lens. I can not express how much I appreciate Ms Margaret. I would say if your in need of frames . Stop by to Lens Crafters in Macy’s. Ms. Margaret will take very good care of you
