  Alford Pediatric and General Dentistry is an amazing place. Hands down the best dentists I have been to. Our whole family goes here (using both general and pediatric services). Incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you and/or you child does not enjoy, or is afraid of the dentist, this is the place for you. Absolute professionals who know their trade above and beyond many dentists who have been in the business for decades. The office is clean, and set up with patients in mind (adults and children). We do not plan to ever go anywhere else. And Dr. Jason is a veteran!

  What a wonderful experience! 6 year old and mom approved! Our experience from the first phone call to making our follow up appointment could not have been better! Jamie was so wonderful taking our information and checking our insurance. when we walked in we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. Jamie is a keeper!! Dr Julie came out and met with us and instantly my son seemed at ease. We haven't been to a dentist in a year because he can be a little embarrassing when he doesn't want to do some thing But Dr Julie made him comfortable and smiling the whole time, we even got xrays!!!What?!!! He was so proud of himself for being such a big boy and the team at this office were just amazing. we found our forever Dentist!!!

  My 18 month old and I recently visited Alford and Pediatric and General Dentistry. This place is so wonderful, such a peaceful and welcoming environment. Everyone is so friendly and I never imagined that I could watch Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned. I was also nervous about my son’s first dentist visit but Dr. Jackie is super helpful, informative, and great with kiddos. Most comfortable dentist visit in my 30 years and actually looking forward to going back.

  Super professional/friendly staff all the way through the process! I called as a new patient, and was able to get in the next week. The woman who helped me schedule worked with me to get all necessary info quickly, and was knowledgeable about what insurance information she may need to make sure she wouldn't have to call me back. The day I went in, they were super streamlined which I love given I was trying to get back home to a newborn. Once Dr. Alford completed my exam, he recommended a seal and night mouthgard which they were able to complete that afternoon in my same visit. They also were able to tell me the exact cost of each of these after insurance, before I decided whether to do them - really appreciated the transparency!
  
  I also love that my family will get pediatric care in the same office I go to. The dentists at this office are a married couple with two (soon to be three) children and I'm excited to bring my boy here when he's old enough given how friendly the environment will be for a small child.
  
  Would definitely recommend this office to anyone new to Reno or looking for a dentist!

  I called around Reno to find the best price for a dental cleaning, exam, and X-Rays for someone without dental insurance. Alford Dental worked with me on a very reasonable payment and even squeezed me in that day! I definitely felt at home with the welcoming staff and super personable Dr. Alford. I really like how he examined my teeth under a microscope to make sure he got all the plaque, something I've never seen other dentists do! I had an extremely pleasant experience here, and going to the dentists office is usually not super pleasant for me. Dr. Alford even emailed me my X-Rays so I can have them for my personal record! Would highly recommend Alford dental to anyone and everyone!
