  The entire staff is friendly, helpful and very thorough during the exam and follow up. I've used Dr. Shane for years and followed her to her new location.

  This was my first visit at this office and it was very nice. The front office staff were fabulous. Dr. Kim was wonderful. Very personable and explained lots. I did not feel rushed. I did have a small issue with the staff who sell the glasses but after I sent a review to the company I was contacted not once but twice by the office manager and Dr. Shane apologizing for the issue. They clearly take customer service to an exceptional level and I highly recommend this office for all your eye needs!

  We scheduled my 6 year old son's very first eye exam and every single staff member was so friendly, kind, and knowledegable. Dr. Shane is a delight to talk to and explained everything to me in depth. I really feel they care very much for their profession and their patients.

  Excellent service from all staf, and especially Dr. Kim. I felt like the practice had the latest equipment, so my exam was very thorough. Dr. Kim took the time to fully explain all test results and I felt she was especially thorough when working out my new prescription. Overall a great first experience with Dr. Shane and Associates.

  This office and staff are great. Dr. Shane is brilliant. The most insightful and patient eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. One of the staff, who’s name escapes me at the moment, even went above and beyond by calling Walmart vision and helping me get my glasses corrected with new frames! What a great feeling to realize there are still people out there that genuinely care. They are even open on weekends! I will never go anywhere else.
