I recently visited Dr. Tammy's TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre for tooth pain related to clenching my teeth at night. Dr. Tammy and her team were amazing. I was given a day time and night time guard to correct my jaw's position and treat the clenching and tooth pain. The pain lessened immediately and completely resolved over a couple of months. I also discovered breathing issues I did not know about. I now rest better thanks to Dr. Tammy and her team!
