I can’t give enough stars to this incredible place. Going through the process with cremating my mom was a long stressful due to policy concerns but Ken was very understanding, gave a lot of patience and made the process smooth. Ken is very easy to talk and has a good heart and tries to help in every way. Thank you Ken for everything that you have done for me and my family. Ken was compassionate, understanding and such a huge help during our most earth-shattering moment of grief. I highly recommend him for any of your funeral/cremation needs. What he helped me put together as far as process and ceremony is concerned is allowing our family to slowly move on. I am so thankful he helped me plan every step of my husband’s process.
I can't say how but I speak with the funeral staff on a daily basis about each every deceased person that comes through his services. His primary concern is always the family. He has no reason to pretend to care with me as I am not a customer but I can see that he genuinely does care about his customers. If something falls behind or isn't taken care of correctly, he's calling on the phone. He speaks about the families like real people and he never says anything rude about them or gossips about bad experiences. I have considered using Affinity for my own Pre-Need arrangements just because I know I'll be in good hands.
