“I’ve never had a problem with this pharmacy staff. I’ve been coming here off and on for the past year and the pharmacy staff has not really changed. I just got a flu shot here and although they were almost out and had to use a different needle than normal it still worked and the blonde lady was super nice the entire time. Looking at the reviews for the CVS’s in the area you could do worse! Only lost a star for not having the right needle.”

“My mom told me a story of a doctor when she was in the hospital at CVMC in Gardnerville. She has congestive heart failure and her lungs and heart was surrounded by water. She said she could not breath. She was so bad she laid across the end table thinking she was going to die. She had no strength to call for help, couldn't even lift her head. She wasn't getting good care. She thought to herself, "I'm not going to make it." She was in severe distress and said she never felt so alone and scared. My mom told me of a doctor that came in, knelt beside her, put her arm around her and whispered, "Don't worry, I'm going to take care of you." She said at that point everything changed. She ordered morphine so that she would no longer feel she was drowning in her own fluid. She was being checked on twice as often. Within 2 hours she was air flighted out of CMVC and taken to Renown ICU in Reno. She spent 3 weeks there. I was heartbroken she felt so alone, but thanked God for a doctor that is moved with such care and compassion for a patient. My mom said she felt relief at the assurance of this doctor and that she followed through. I asked my mom who this doctor was. She did not know. I just found out it was Dr Anu Agarwal due to a recent referral. I looked her up and showed my mom her picture and she said, "That's the doctor that helped me when I was at CVMC!" I'm grateful I know who she is so that I can tell the story of how she helped my mom by comforting and reassuring her and actually following through. And to thank her for being there for my mom when she was so scared and vulnerable. Although,words could never truly convey my gratitude to her.”

“My family and I stayed here in Dec 2020, I loved this hotel! Rooms are very homey and clean, bathrooms walls are nice calacatta marble, hotel stuff especially manager Christal is super nice and patient. All the hotel buildings are all like 2-story houses so you don't need to go through elevators or long hall way to find your room, parking is easy too (Ground level parking right nearby your room), you feel you are like in your own house!”

“We ordered lunch here and even though there was only 2 people working, they worked quickly and we're friendly and helpful. Food was fresh, restaurant was very clean inside. After you order, you can eat inside or outside by the restaurant, or there are several different picnic areas below the restaurant in a park-like setting with a rushing creek, several bridges, calm water with ducks, and even a play area for kids. Great view of Pikes Peak from the parking lot, too.”
