(April 28, 2019, 8:39 am)Coordinating a floral delivery cross-country over the phone without being able to go in person is stressful enough, without you wanting it to be perfect for a loved one's funeral. Amy's was so patient and helpful when I called to place an order over the phone to be delivered to Walton's on 2nd St. The woman on the phone gave me approximate dimensions for the arrangement, what statuary they had and what color/material/sizes they were, and typed up our very long sympathy note, delivering a gorgeous arrangement to our friend's mother's funeral. We were very happy with the customer service and the arrangement is exactly what we wanted.
