Not sure what to say or where to start besides: Wonderful, caring, professional yet personal, hardworking, and more. When dealing with memory loss issues it is amazing to have a team like the Arbor's has put together to help families care for their loved ones in a safe and healthy environment.

I’m very upset with what I saw today, I was there visiting a loved one and Ellie (was her name) was helping a patient when I noticed a filipino woman talking poorly about her saying she doesn’t know how to do her job. Now from what I witnessed about the young lady Ellie she was doing a great job! She was making sure all the patients were comfortable, offering drinks to people who weren’t patients, I mean she went above and beyond this woman did, she deserves a raise! But the way that filipino woman Was talking about her and treating her is very unprofessional, if she had an issue with the co worked she should have took it to the managers office. Things like that reflect on a business and if you’re letting people like the Filipino work here that’s very unsettling to me. The last thing I saw was very rude, Ellie was walking out of a patients room when the Filipino woman began to say something to Ellie then saw another co worker and said very rudely “do YOU want to tell her” like I said things like that need to be taken care of out of the sight of patients and their visitor because it surly does reflect poorly on the business. We adore Ellie and have just met her today so she must be new and I’m sure has a lot to learn but don’t talk down to her, instead train her properly. I’ll give 5 stars because You guys treat my loved one well and Ellie did an amazing job making her comfortable and you guys are always clean and answer my questions promptly, and the food isn’t what you would expect, it is absolutely delicious, now that is five star service!

From the first time I stepped into Arbors Memory Care, I knew it was the place for our family member and we haven’t been disappointed since. Residents have the freedom to exit the building and safely roam the grounds as they please. Daily activities can include music and dancing, arts and crafts, shuttle rides around town and family events. Staff members take great care to meet the individual needs of each resident. Not only that, they have provided tremendous support to our family throughout the entire process. The administrative staff are easy to talk to and have always been open to ideas, questions, etc. It’s a tough road when family members get to this point, but I highly recommend checking into the Arbors. It is comforting to know that our family member is being well cared for.

Our Mom lived at Arbors for 15 months. Everyone cared about her and for her. She was clean, happy, medicated as directed by her Doctors. We lost her today and cried with the people who cared for her. Every question we had along the way was answered quickly. She was treated with dignity always and with a loving touch by all. Thank you Arbors staff.

I have had three family members live here at various times. It is an excellent care home for people with memory / dementia challenges. The owners are a family who created the facility and actively manages it. They are onsite and care about the residents well being.

Arbors Memory Care was beautiful. It was very well-appointed, they had 6 caregivers to every 1 resident, and the grounds were beautiful. My brother looked up Arbors Memory care on the internet. I was trying to figure out what to do for my mom. I went and looked at the place and I talked to them.
