    Great treadmills. I can do my HIIT and not have to worry about the belts slipping like other gyms.

    Fantastic workout each and everyday, coaches and staff are so great about helping with my goals specifically. I highly recommend, especially for those with new years resolutions!

    Clean equipment, clean facility, amazing/friendly staff. Steve is the nicest and most communicative gym owner I've ever met! The interior of the gym is a bit compact (pretty much the only weak point), but def enough space to train in, and the place is accessible 24/7 as per snap gyms in general

    Tom is my kind of doctor...does the job required very well, always asks if I have any questions, and encourages but does not denigrate. A professional with a staff to match. Everyone in this office is a joy to interact with. I highly recommend Dr. Nylk!
