I've been treated here off and on since I was 16 years old. They're the most caring, patient, tolerant and attentive people I've ever met. The staff at the outpatient clinic are usually overwhelmed and unacknowledged but that doesn't prevent them from putting their best selves forward. I'm very grateful for all that they do. The Drs. don't have much time to spare but they make the most of it. I appreciate everyone in outpatient and how they never make me feel bad or turn me away. I matter to them and they matter to me.
