Great service, fast fix. They don't usually do chassis (dash) AC fixes, but whoever booked me didn't know that. Al (?) at the counter could've said sorry buddy that person screwed up, but he didn't. He said..let's give it a shot. Thank you, will highly recommend and return for any work needed!!
On our way to Lake Tahoe, a hydraulic line to our leveling system ruptured. We called A1 and spoke to Al, who told us they were scheduling out to mid-September, but to come in and they’d look at it. Within 10 minutes of our arrival at A1, Al and his team had heard our story of desperation, looked at the leveling system, diagnosed the issue, and were placing an order for a new hose. Al suggested a few things we could do while we waited for the repair and even offered to provide a ride! Per his recommendation, we headed to the GSR casino. The line was replaced, and we were back on the road to Tahoe within 3-1/2 hours. If you need a knowledgeable, friendly shop to work on your rig, just call Al.
A1 was an absolute lifesaver. Our RV refrigerator stopped working on the road. We called a dozen RV shops ahead in the Reno area who all told us they were booked out for weeks. Al figured out a way to get us in, run a diagnostic, get the appliance working again & on the road within hours. We are forever grateful & can't say enough wonderful things about A1's service & capabilities. Highly recommended!!
