Lisa Chu, who has a doctorate in physical therapy, is the best physical therapist I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve had to have physical therapy many times in the past, and none of them can hold a candle to Lisa!! She works with you one on one the whole time you are there, ensuring you do all the exercises correctly, watching and coaching you to use the proper sets of muscles to keep the injury from recurring or not healing correctly. Other therapists I’ve seen have one therapist and 10 helpers that strap on a tens unit, or apply heat/cold, and give you excercises to do on your own. Never even seeing the therapist except to take measurements!! I can not say enough wonderful things about Lisa, I will never go to another therapist, you won’t either!!!! On a side note, her partner David Swenski practices in the same manner. He also has a doctorate in physical therapy, and although I’ve not seen him as a patient, he practices in the same manner. So, before going anywhere else, call Orthomed Physical Therapy Associates, you’ll be happy you did!!!!!!

I had a total knee replacement in January, 2016. Lisa Chu is very knowledgeable and professional with the ability to show compassion and understanding. The business is run efficiently, but with a warm friendly atmosphere. I have regained full range of motion working with Orthomed and recommended them to anyone needing physical therapy.
