Spine Nevada

I have bone on bone in my knee. I was referred to Dr. McDermitt. I have had previous injections with steroid that used to help. The last one in 2018 did not help as therapy also not help.
I cannot express enough how thorough and compassionate Dr. McDermitt was with me. I have never had a doctor do a sonagram to pinpoint exactly where to inject the steroid. In examining my knee he said there was fluid in the knee. He said he wanted to see if he could get some out. He numbed my knee and drained it. He could not believe how much fluid was in my knee. Said it was the most he had drained since joining that clinic. No doctor had ever attempted to drain it or suggest it should be. I cannot thank him enough. Last night I slept all night uninterrupted in such a long time. Today my knee is so, so much better. I will go to therapy for a while starting next week. I highly recommend him.

Spine Nevada has helped me with a herniated disc problem and osteoporosis issues. I've dealt with their doctors, staff people, and physical therapists. All excellent. Very glad to have them here in Reno.
