I plan on having my son go there for years. This is his first year, and he loves it! Not only Alex is great but all staff. Every single person. “Update: They treat VERTIGO in minutes!!! I was pleasantly surprised. I woke up with vertigo one morning, just so happens to be the morning I was coming in for PT. I advised the staff I was extremely dizzy & they let me know that Casey was a VERTIGO EXPERT & within 10 min she had made the dizziness go away!!! It’s been a week now & I haven’t been dizzy. The Best Physical therapist company ever! They are amazing, friendly & compassionate. I love how they treat everyone with loving care. They always work with my preferred schedule. “Big joke (billing wise). I have been a patient of Dr. Swanson since roughly 2005, before he was Alpine Family Medicine, I adore him, however, recently my insurance plan changed. I was told it was ok and seen once with my new plan. After that the office manager said "we dont accept that plan". I'm now having to seek a new physician, which is difficult due to my work schedule and I did not want to as I've been with Swanson for so many years. Thanks for nothing "office manager". It is obvious that patient loyalty means nothing to you.”

“Joining REGULUS FIT is the best thing I've ever done for my health. When I joined 8 months ago, I had severe shoulder pain that made it extremely difficult/painful to move my arm and shoulder. I was pretty skeptical about exercising, but the coaches assured me they would be able to work around my injury to ensure I would be able to benefit from the classes. There were days at the gym when the frustration of dealing with the pain and lack of mobility brought me to tears. Pretty embarrassing to be crying in front of the coaches, but they were completely unfazed and refused to let me give up. Their professionalism and compassion during this embarrassing moment was a huge turning point for me. With their guidance and a little patience, my shoulder slowly healed itself. For almost two years, I was unable to lift my shoulder or reach my arm back without severe pain. But after working with the coaches at REGULUS FIT for 4 months, I was completely pain free and had full mobility of my shoulder!
