“Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.”

“Went around 11:30AM on a Friday and there was no wait. The staff was polite and friendly and service was pretty quick. All their rolls are delicious and they have a large selection to choose from. I thought I was hungrier than I actually was and we ended up getting an additional charge for a regular roll for the sushi we wanted to take home. This is pretty typical for most all you can eat sushi places in Reno if you have a lot leftover but the staff was courteous about it and I had no complaints. By the time we were leaving around 12:45PM there were a lot of people waiting so I'm glad we got there a bit earlier.”

One unfortunate fact for us who need to be very careful re covid: no touchless payment. I would prefer credit card over the phone. They meet you at the car, take your card for payment and hand it back to you and require a physical signature.”
