We had an unfortunate manufacturing defect leak issue that the Creative Hot Tubs team worked diligently to correct. However, they reassured and communicated upfront throughout the repair process they would stand behind their repair work. Unfortunately, the leak could not be successfully repaired. The Creative Hot Tube Team, went back to the factory and had them honor the warranty and replace the whole tube with a new tub, brand new!!! WOW…that’s customer service!!!
