He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. “I was a little nervous to come here since there were a lot of bad reviews, but my appointment went quickly & my issue was resolved. My appointment was for 12:30, I got there at 12:10 and was told I couldn't check in until 5 minutes before. At 12:25 I was promptly checked in & at 12:35 a rep came over to go over my request. We ended up shipping my macbook in for a repair and I left the store around 12:45 (so a total of ~35 minutes in the store). My computer was shipped, repaired, and returned within 3 days and is now working fine.”

“Wife and I came here on date night. We have been talking about it for some time now. I had the lamb shanks and she had the short ribs. Food was absolutely amazing. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. If I had any complaints they are very small but here they are. Server had way too many tables to be extremely attentive to any one table. Next complaint would be the one I always have but will always bring my own bottle. $35 for corkage just seems to be extreme. They take the cork out and pour our first glass. We pour the rest. All in all we absolutely loved the place.”
