“Great customer service, which is hard to find at Best Buy. I just recently bought a $1200 TV from this store and today I was in there looking at home audio systems and noticed that the TV I had just purchased three days ago was now on sale for $980! Dave and Sara helped me out. They quickly rectified three issue. They returned the TV and the additional three year warranty. Once that was done they sold it back to me, now with a five year warranty and $221 back to my card. No hassles, no problems. Even though I live in South Reno, I'll make the drive up to this store. Even the door greeters at this store appear to be enjoying their job as opposed to the South Reno store. Keep up the good work!”

In fact I'm writing this review because I have been overwhelmed with gratitude lately at the degree to which the women on staff care for our daughter and - bonus - for our family as a whole! I knew the second we toured this facility that our search was over because we immediately got such a great vibe from this center and the staff. It's no small thing to trust someone with your child for 40 hours a week, but we drop our daughter off every day knowing that she will be surrounded by loving, fun and engaging caretakers.
